The Fund made its initial investment in Hightail in 2014. In February 2018, Hightail was acquired by OpenText, a publicly traded enterprise information management (EIM) technology company. We realized a loss on the sale, receiving proceeds of approximately $5.5 . million from our original investment of $10.0 million.
