Phil brings more than two decades of technology and financial industry experience to the analysis, due diligence, and management of portfolio companies. Phil also manages the Investor Relations function for the Fund.

Earlier in his career, Phil worked as an industry analyst and a marketing strategy consultant to various Fortune 500 firms. After honing his marketing and product planning skills at Intel Corporation, Phil transitioned to the financial industry, joining Firsthand's team in 1998. During his tenure with the adviser, Phil has been involved in the origination, due diligence, and execution of more than a dozen private equity transactions.

Phil Mosakowski received his A.B. in Economics from Stanford University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
