We made our initial investment in Gilt Group, an online flash sales company, in March 2012. On January 7, 2016, Hudson's Bay Company announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to purchase Gilt Groupe Holdings, Inc. for $250 million in cash; the deal's close was announced on February 1, 2016.
