We made our initial pre-IPO investment in Yelp, a leading online business review site, in December 2011. On May 2, 2012, the company completed its IPO, closing up 64% on its first day of trading. In September 2012 we liquidated our Yelp holdings, realizing a $412,000 gain and a 15% return on investment.
